USEP is the Professional organization in Pasco County that advocates for Education employees. We are the Bargaining Agent for both the Instructional and School Related Personnel contracts. We represent employees in matters of wages, working conditions, and benefits. We also represent employees in matters of potential discipline in job related concerns. It is our goal to be the voice of Education in Pasco County and throughout the State. Join with us to make our voice louder and our footprint larger as we promote Public Education and its future.

USEP is not just for Instructional employees. USEP is a wall-to-wall organization – meaning we represent both the Instructional and SRP employees and their contracts. Education unions can, and do, carry a powerful influence on the quality of our schools, our students, and employees.

I authorize United School Employees of Pasco (USEP) to initiate the scheduled membership payment each payroll period to coincide with the District School Board of Pasco County’s (DSBPC) payroll dates in the amount as annually certified by said Organization. If the payment date falls on a date that the bank does not process payments, the payment will be deducted on the next day that the bank does process payment. I agree to maintain sufficient funds in my deposit account to permit the automatic transfer described above.
